Well I didn't, just been a little preoccupied.

seeing your name light up my phone at 3 in the morning.
hearing you say you miss me.
our all day texting lasting till one of us falls asleep.
laughing at the stupidest things.
seeing your eyes light up every time you smile.
how you’re always there for me.
your hugs.
your text message…
Or a call what ever one
Though I do prefer a call

On a night like this

There was a night
Where things went right
He came to my place
Face to face
To meet my father
And so he did
So brave and bold
With his heal held high
As he laugh and played
Woth my twin brothers,cousin
And me
His head held high
As he met one by one
My papa
My father
Two uncles and mother
And an aunt as well
We ate dinner together
As if were on a date
Slerping spaghetti noodles like
The two dogs from Lady and the Trap
Then dessert came along
And we shared ice cream,
Feeding me like it was a movie
Having a great time
Though sadly the day had to come to an end
And you had to go
It was like if the clock had struck 12
And you where off in a dash
Wishing you could stay
You just had to go
But I was happy to say
There is always another day
And there could never be a better
Night like this
